What 륟 means
It is a written syllable, not a message. Hangul, the Korean alphabet, places consonant ㄹ first, vowel ㅠ next, and consonant ㄷ last. In a word, 륟 supplies one syllable; alone, it gives no clue to the sender's intent.
Hangul was devised in 1443 and explained in the 1446 book Hunminjeongeum, meant to make Korean easier to write than Chinese characters. The script was also called eonmun, or “writing in the spoken language”; 한글 emerged around 1913 and became common after 1927.
