What 쇬 means
It is one written syllable in Hangul, not a word translation. The components of 쇬 are three jamo (Hangul letters): ᄉ begins the block, ᅬ is its vowel, and ᆳ is its final consonant cluster. Unicode derives “soels” from the short names of these jamo.
Hangul was designed to write Korean. Its basic letters were created in 1443; the Hunminjeongeum guide, published in 1446, explained the writing system’s purpose and principles. Syllable blocks combine these letters in a single written unit.
