What 쑃 means
It is one Korean syllable, not a whole message.
쑃 is built from three Hangul jamo—Korean letters arranged into syllable blocks: ᄊ begins the block, ᅬ supplies its vowel, and ᆾ closes it. Together they represent one syllable sound; the surrounding Korean words show how it functions in a message.
Hangul was developed in 1443, and its principles were explained in 1446 to give Korean speakers a learnable way to write their language instead of relying on Chinese characters. Early Hangul texts include Buddhist translations and vernacular songs. A 1728 song anthology, Cheongguyeong-eon, records orally transmitted sijo, a Korean verse form, in Hangul.
How do I type 쑃?
Use a Korean IME on the Dubeolsik layout.
On a standard Dubeolsik keyboard, press ShiftT, H, L, then C. The first key enters ㅆ, H and L combine ㅗ and ㅣ into ㅚ, and C supplies final ㅊ. The Korean IME joins those inputs into 쑃. If your layout differs, use its Korean on-screen keyboard and enter the initial, vowel, and final jamo in that order.
Why does 쑃 look different in different fonts?
The font changes the drawing, not the character.
Hangul can be stored as one precomposed syllable block or as the equivalent sequence of jamo. Font and shaping support determine how the parts sit inside the block and affect stroke shapes, spacing, and proportions. Without Hangul shaping support, a decomposed sequence may display with its parts poorly positioned.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
