What 쎰 means
Its role comes from the Korean word around it.
Hangul was devised in 1443, and the 1446 Hunminjeongeum, a guide to the script, explained how its letters represent Korean speech. The script is generally called Hangul in South Korea and Chosŏngŭl in North Korean usage.
Hangul jamo are the script’s consonant and vowel letters. The jamo decomposition of 쎰—the spelling with separate letters—is ᄊ ᅧ ᆷ. A font may render that sequence differently from the single syllable block.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
