What 섒 means

On its own, 섒 is a syllable, not a word with a fixed meaning.

Its jamo (Hangul letters) are ᄉ (initial consonant), ᅤ (vowel), and ᆹ (final consonant cluster). Together they form one Korean syllable block.

Hangul developed in Korea in the 15th century to write Korean speech. Its square syllable blocks fit a tradition that also used Chinese characters. As of 2023, a proposed influence from Phags-pa, a square script based on Tibetan writing, remained debated.

Why is 섒 a box on my screen?

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
