What 트 means
It is a syllable sound, not a fixed message.
Hangul was designed so people could write Korean without first mastering Chinese characters. Its founding text, Hunminjeongeum, is recorded in 1443; the 1446 book explains the script's purpose and principles. Those dates concern Hangul, not the first use of 트.
Unicode can encode 트 as one block or as its component Hangul letters in a sequence designed to join. Normalization can combine that sequence; separately typed ㅌ and ㅡ may remain separate unless a Korean input method composes them.
