Hangul was created in 1443 and explained in 1446 to write Korean sounds with combinable letters. 튿 is one precomposed block from that system, not a word or emoji on its own. As of 2026, no first standalone use of 튿 was found in this research pass.
In regional Korean, 튿다 is a dialect form of 뜯다, noted in a 2015 KBS language note with 튿어지다 for stitching that has come undone. Elsewhere, and in standard Korean, write 뜯어지다.
Formal or casual, it reads as regional Korean, not slang or a reaction.

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
