What 퉥 means
By itself, 퉥 is a syllable, not a word.
Hangul writes Korean syllables as compact blocks. A block combines an initial consonant, a vowel and sometimes a final consonant; this Hangul syllable block gets its word meaning from the Korean word it belongs to.
King Sejong and scholars at his court developed Hangul to represent Korean speech more directly. Before then, Korean writing relied on Chinese characters and mixed systems that fit the language poorly. Hangul's development culminated in 1443, and it was introduced publicly in 1446 in a book called Hunminjeongeum.
How do I type 퉥?
Use a Korean input method with Hangul enabled. Enter the component jamo ㅌ, ㅞ, and ㄱ in that order; the input method combines them into 퉥. The physical keys vary by keyboard layout.
Unicode's canonical decomposed form is 퉥: the same initial consonant, vowel and final consonant stored as separate jamo. Fonts can draw or position parts of a Hangul block differently, changing its appearance without changing the character.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
