What 틬 means
It is a syllable, not a message with a fixed meaning. A Hangul block groups jamo—consonant and vowel letters—into one syllable. 틬 combines ㅌ, ㅢ and ㅋ; its Unicode name labels those parts rather than translating a Korean word.
Hangul was created under Korea's King Sejong. The key years are 1443 and 1446: creation of the alphabet, then publication of a book explaining its purpose and design. Korean had often been written with Chinese characters, which did not fit Korean sounds directly; Hangul offered a systematic alphabet arranged in syllable blocks.
A study of an 18th-century Korean map discusses tyik (딕) as an older reading of the Chinese character 直, “straight,” which later became 직. That is a separate historical syllable, not a meaning of 틬.

Questions people ask
1Why does 틬 split into jamo?
Because NFD normalization decomposes it. In this Unicode form, 틬 becomes ᄐ ᅴ ᆿ; NFC can compose that sequence back into 틬. Korean-aware text can display the decomposed jamo as one syllable block even though they remain separate characters.
