What 튮 means
It is a syllable; alone, it has no fixed message meaning. 튮 is one precomposed Hangul block. In normalized text, it unpacks into three jamo (basic Hangul letters): ᄐ, the initial consonant; ᅲ, the vowel; and ᆹ, the final consonant cluster. Korean 2-set input builds it from ㅌ, ㅠ, ㅂ and ㅅ. On its own, it is best read as Korean text or a keyboard test unless the conversation gives it another meaning.
Hangul's creation was recorded in 1443 and explained in Hunminjeongeum, a guide to the script published in 1446. It was designed to make Korean easier to write than systems based on Chinese characters. Earlier methods such as Idu, gugyeol and hyangchal used Chinese characters for Korean writing. Hangul became everyday national writing and gained official status in 1894.
Neutral as written; the block has no fixed social meaning by itself.
