What 𐣬 means
It writes the consonant m in Hatran words. Alone, 𐣬 is one letter, not a word or message. Hatran text runs right to left, so an isolated letter can look misplaced in mixed text. A box may mean the font lacks its glyph.
Where did 𐣬 come from?
It belongs to an ancient Aramaic writing tradition. Hatran writing is attested from about 98–97 BCE to around 241 CE, when Hatra was destroyed, in graffiti and memorial, offering, tomb, and building inscriptions. Those dates describe the script as a whole. Hatran mem descends from Imperial Aramaic mem and is historically related to the Palmyrene and Syriac scripts, other Aramaic writing traditions; surrounding words supplied religious, civic, or personal meaning.
Specialist and historical; not a modern reaction.
A lone 𐣬 gives the consonant m, not a word or message.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𐣬 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
