What 𑲪 means
It is the stack’s lower ra.
Marchen subjoined consonants stack under base letters. Marchen (sMar-chen) is used in Tibetan Bön, a religion, for the historic Zhang-zhung language and Tibetan. In Zhang-zhung, smar means “good,” “happy” or “beautiful”; sMar-chen means “Greater Beautiful Script.”
Tradition traces Marchen to ancient Zhang-zhung, a kingdom in western and northern Tibet before Buddhism arrived in the seventh century. A 2011 Unicode proposal reports few pre-modern examples and names a Zhang-zhung inscription on a bronze seal at Menri Monastery as one of the earliest known.
