What 𛈩 means
Its listed reading is fu33.
It is a Jiangyong syllable, not a translation. One Nüshu sign can stand for similarly pronounced words; the surrounding line supplies the sense.
Is 𛈩 a Chinese character?
No; it belongs to Nüshu, a script based on Chinese characters.
Nüshu writes Jiangyong speech. A 2004 field study records disagreement about when and why it began, and describes women singing it together. A 1931 account is early written evidence; UNESCO cites the 1933 survey as the first documentary record. A coin claimed from China's Taiping rebellion (1851–1864) is proposed as older evidence, but its authenticity is disputed.
Women wrote songs, biographies, sister letters and wedding books in it. Since the 1980s, researchers have documented and preserved Nüshu as heritage.

1Why does 𛈩 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
