What 𛊳 means
It records a local sound, not one fixed word.
The Nüshu reading tsoe44 is listed for Jiangyong speech. Nüshu writes sounds, so context distinguishes homophones.
How did Nüshu travel?
It carried women's writing from private exchange into ceremony.
In historical Jiangyong use, many women lacked schooling in Chinese characters; Nüshu adapted those forms for letters and wedding booklets shared among sworn sisters.
The earliest known artifact is a Taiping Heavenly Kingdom bronze coin (1851–1864), bearing a message that women were one family; this dates the object, not Nüshu’s beginnings.
By 2021, heritage programs had brought Nüshu into public performances and tourism.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𛊳 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
