What 𐍔 means
It is a letter used in Old Permic spelling. Alone, 𐍔 is not a word.
Stephen of Perm is traditionally credited with creating the alphabet in 1372 for the Komi language and Christian texts. Its forms draw on Greek and Cyrillic models and traditional Komi marks called tamgas. Fragmentary records survive from the 14th century; the earliest precisely dated manuscript notes are from 1486. From the 15th century, the script was also used as a cipher for Russian, a way to keep text from readers who did not know it. By the 17th century, Cyrillic had replaced it.
Historical and scholarly in tone; this is a letter from an older writing system.
If it appears as a box, the font may lack its shape; that does not make it a different character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𐍔 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Old Permic block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
