What ⟇ means
Read it as logical “or,” unless the formula says otherwise. The surrounding notation sets any narrower rule.
In 2004, a proposal to complete mathematical and technical character encoding included ⟇ as the counterpart to dotted logical AND ⟑.
Why does ⟇ vary across fonts?
Font choice sets the proportions. Math fonts draw the vee and inner dot differently; without ⟇, a fallback may show an empty box.

1Why does ⟇ show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
