What ⑺ means
It marks item seven in a numbered list. A line such as “⑺ submit the form” uses the parenthesized 7 as a compact list marker.
Ordered enclosed symbols were designed as list bullets. Parenthesized forms mimic typewriter conventions for enclosing digits; many such symbols come from legacy East Asian character sets. Rich-text list formatting can supply the numbering separately.
