What 𑇲 means
Each multiple of ten had its own sign. The sequence includes 10, 20, and each further ten through 90, plus distinct signs for 100 and 1,000.
Sinhala Illakkam grew from Brahmi numerals, an early South Asian number system recorded in Sri Lankan rock inscriptions around AD 200–400. The 1815 Kandyan Convention, an agreement between British officials and Kandy’s rulers, uses the set to number clauses in its Sinhala text. After 1815, European colonial administration helped displace it in favor of the familiar decimal digits 0–9.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𑇲 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
