What 𗀆 means
It covers the body’s rear and the upright back of a chair.
Is 𗀆 a Chinese character?
No. It belongs to the distinct Tangut script.
Tangut was created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor to support the state’s written identity and Buddhist writing, including a Buddhist canon—a collection of sacred texts. Its design followed earlier Khitan script-making and used principles of character-building also found in Chinese writing, but Tangut remained a distinct script.
After Western Xia fell, people continued writing Tangut in Buddhist, official, private, and literary texts. The script became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.

1Why does 𗀆 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
