What 𗆞 means
A Tangut character glossed as “trouble” or “vexation.”
Li Fanwen’s Tangut–Chinese dictionary pairs it with 煩, a Chinese character meaning vexation or trouble. This is a meaning gloss; the two characters are not interchangeable.
The Western Xia court commissioned Tangut writing in 1036 for state-building and Buddhist translation. The script drew inspiration from Chinese and earlier Khitan writing but remained a distinct writing system. Surviving manuscripts from the mid-11th to early 13th century include Buddhist, legal, translated, and literary works; the latest known Tangut inscription dates to 1502.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗆞 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
