What 𗉇 means
Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary gives 𗉇 the gloss “rapid.” Its entry is 0431, labeled L2008-0431; one scholarly reconstruction transcribes its Tangut reading in Latin letters as tsja.
The script was created under Western Xia’s first emperor around 1036 to write Tangut. After Western Xia fell to the Mongols, it continued in use under the Yuan and Ming dynasties. Its latest known examples are Buddhist inscriptions from 1502. Scholars rediscovered the script in the late 19th century. Tangut writing resembles Chinese characters but is a separate, unrelated script.

Questions people ask
1Why is 𗉇 a box?
It can be. Your font needs Tangut coverage to draw the character. A missing-glyph box signals a display limitation; it does not change the character’s identity.
