What 𗉶 means
It means “lonely” or “solitary” in Tangut. A Tangut–Chinese dictionary—one that gives Chinese translations for Tangut words—glosses it as 孤獨 (“lonely, solitary”). Scholars reconstruct its historical sound differently, so one reading should not be treated as settled.
The Tangut script was created under the Western Xia (Xixia) state around 1036 to write Tangut. Officials used it for documents, and Buddhist texts were translated and printed in it. Writing continued after the state fell in 1227; the latest known examples are Buddhist inscriptions from 1502. If this glyph appears as a box, your font lacks it.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗉶 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
