What 𗋋 means
It means “mud” in Tangut. Tangut dictionaries gloss it as “mud” and give its reconstructed reading as *tśior¹; the asterisk marks a scholarly reconstruction.
The oldest references are entries in Wénhǎi (“Sea of Characters”) and Tóngyīn (“Homophones”) from the 12th century. The Tangut script was established in 1036 to support the state and was also used for Buddhist scripture and translated works.
𗋋 combines water and soil in a Tangut semantic compound: its parts are 𗋽 (water) and 𗼱 (soil).
Historical and specialist: a Tangut word preserved in medieval writing.

1Why does 𗋋 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
