What 𗌓 means
It names the residue that settles at the bottom of a liquid. Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut–Chinese dictionary glosses 𗌓 as “dregs.” The Unicode name identifies the character; it does not translate the Tangut word.
Tangut script was developed around 1036 for the Western Xia state and used in official, legal, and religious texts, including Buddhist translations. After the state fell to the Mongols in 1227, the script remained in use during the Yuan and Ming dynasties; the latest known Tangut inscription dates to 1502.
A font with Tangut support is needed to display the glyph.
It may resemble a Chinese character, but 𗌓 is Tangut writing and is not read as Chinese.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗌓 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
