What 𗍸 means
A Tangut word for a horse with white hooves. Homophones A, a Tangut reference book, records a variant 𗀏 with one horizontal stroke across the top; Homophones B, Sea of Writing, and Mixed Characters show 𗍸. Unicode says the two-top-stroke form in one dictionary is probably a copying error.
Western Xia ruler Li Yuanhao commissioned Tangut writing in 1036 for state-building. One major aim was Buddhist translation; the script’s forms drew visual inspiration from Chinese writing but were not derived from it, and helped distinguish the kingdom from Song China.
Specialist and historical; it fits Tangut text or manuscript discussion.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗍸 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
