What 𗎇 means
A Tangut character dictionary glosses it as “back.”
The Tangut script was created around 1036 as part of state-building and to translate Buddhist scriptures, giving the Western Xia state (also called Xixia) a distinct written identity. Manuscripts from Khara-Khoto, ruins in Inner Mongolia, include Buddhist and secular translations dated to the 12th or early 13th century.
Tangut writing continued after Western Xia fell, during the Yuan and Ming dynasties, and had become obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty. The script drew on Chinese and neighboring Khitan scripts, but developed as a separate writing system.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗎇 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
