What 𗏪 means
It is a written character in the Tangut script.
Its Unicode name is generated from the code point, so it does not give the Tangut word or pronunciation. A Tangut dictionary and the surrounding passage identify how a written character is read.
Western Xia promulgated Tangut writing in 1036 as part of state-building. The earliest securely dated Tangut document, the Record of the Guazhou Trial, dates to 1069 or 1070. Tangut was used for government records and Buddhist texts, and writing persisted into the early 16th century; surviving documents later became material for studying a language no longer in daily use.
Why does 𗏪 look different?
Its stroke details can vary with the Tangut font.
Fonts can draw small details differently; a device without Tangut font support may show a missing-character box or fallback mark. The box reflects display support, not a different character.
Historical and scholarly in tone; out of place as an everyday chat reaction.
A missing-glyph box signals absent Tangut font support, not a different character.

1Questions people ask
1Why does 𗏪 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
