What 𗒌 means
It is glossed “a surname.” A 2019 Unicode comparison table connects it to 𘄳; a Tangut graph chain—a record of relationships between written forms—lists 𘄳 as a parent of 𗒌. Its separate gloss is “ashamed,” so it is a related but different character.
Tangut was also used for Buddhist texts, including a canon—a collected body of scripture. The earliest transmitted Tangut document is dated 1072.
It belongs to historical writing and scholarly discussion.
The recorded gloss does not establish present-day use as a surname.
