What 𗓪 means
The Unicode label identifies it; it is not the word's meaning. Tangut is a historic script for the Tangut language.
Around 1036, the Tangut script was created under Western Xia's first emperor. It served official records, private writing, and Buddhist texts, and continued under the Yuan and Ming dynasties before becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty. Its characters can resemble Chinese ones, but Tangut is a separate script for another language.
Why does 𗓪 show as a box?
Your font may not support Tangut. Fonts draw the visible strokes; without Tangut support, an app or device may show a box or another missing-glyph mark. Fonts can vary in stroke design without changing the encoded character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗓪 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
