What 𗓯 means
It names a father in Tangut.
Tangut, also called Xixia, was created around 1036 under Western Xia’s first emperor and used to write the Tangut language. Western Xia ruled in what is now northwestern China; Tangut continued under the Yuan and Ming dynasties and was obsolete by the end of the Ming.
𘁭𗓯 means “son and father,” with the younger term first, unlike the Chinese source’s “father and son.” Tangut resembles Chinese, but the scripts are unrelated. Rediscovered in the late 19th century, it was largely deciphered through N. A. Nevskij’s work in the early 20th century.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗓯 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
