What 𗔄 means
Its dictionary gloss is “tiger.” Li Fanwen indexes it with 乕, an older written form of Chinese 虎. The entry gives its Tangut reading in scholarly Latin-letter transcription as bia.
Li Yuanhao commissioned the Tangut script in 1036 for state-building and a Buddhist scripture collection. A manuscript from Khara-Khoto dated to the 12th or early 13th century shows it in use; writing continued through China’s Yuan and Ming dynasties. Chinese writing influenced its structure, while neighboring Khitan scripts provided a regional precedent. Tangut texts include Chinese translations, Buddhist and Confucian works, encyclopedias, military writing and literature.

1Why does 𗔄 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
