What 𗕆 means
It means “moist.”
𗕆 combines water-related 𘡍 above sound-bearing 𘃠. Tangut characters have Chinese-style forms but write the Tangut language; shape alone gives 𗕆 no Chinese reading. Font support determines whether the glyph displays.
Tangut writing began under Western Xia’s first emperor around 1036. Western Xia was a kingdom in present-day northwestern China. Tangut texts include official, private, and religious works. Use continued under the Yuan and Ming after the Mongol conquest, and the script became obsolete by the end of Ming.

A Chinese-style shape does not make it Chinese or supply a Chinese reading.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗕆 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
