It is a verb. Li Fanwen’s Tangut dictionary glosses it as “to get worried.”
Where does 𗖬 come from?
It belongs to a medieval state script. Tangut writing was created around 1036 for the Western Xia state and used in government, culture, and Buddhist texts.
