What 𗖿 means
Reference works gloss 𗖿 as “call out” or “shout.”
A Tangut dictionary cross-references its entry to Chinese 呼 (“call out”). Its reconstructed reading is transcribed thə̣, a scholarly spelling rather than a pronunciation guide. Tangut fonts may draw it differently, though its encoded identity is unchanged.
The Tangut script developed for Western Xia, a state in what is now northwestern China, around 1036 for government and Buddhist texts. It later served official, private, religious, and translated writing. It remained in use after the Mongol conquest and became obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty.
Historical and scholarly: it signals Tangut writing or history.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗖿 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
