What 𗜈 means
It is a Tangut verb meaning “to hold.”
The Tangut script was commissioned in 1036 for Western Xia state-building, Buddhist texts, and a distinct Tangut identity. The earliest surviving example identified is an official document from Guazhou dated 1072. The script drew on Chinese writing principles and neighboring Khitan scripts, yet it is a separate writing system.
Historical and scholarly; this word belongs in the context of Tangut texts.
It may resemble Chinese writing, but this is a Tangut character, not a Chinese one.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗜈 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
