What 𗞀 means
Its dictionary gloss is “to go.” Li Fanwen’s English index to a Tangut dictionary lists it as L2008-4347.
During the founding of Western Xia (the Tangut state, 1038–1227), Li Yuanhao ordered a script for the Tangut language and the state’s cultural identity. Court scribes developed it quickly.
Surviving Tangut records include Buddhist texts and dictionaries.
Historical and scholarly; the English dictionary gloss points to a meaning but does not interpret a full passage.

1Why does 𗞀 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
