What 𗟋 means

The Unicode name identifies the graph, not its word.

A Tangut dictionary can supply the word or reading. A published component analysis places 𘡩 above 𘦮 and 𘪣; that structure alone is not a gloss.

Established under Li Yuanhao in 1036, Tangut writing served Western Xia administration and Buddhist texts. Its design drew on Chinese writing, with Khitan scripts as a regional precedent, yet remained distinct. The earliest surviving example is a military document dated 1072. Writing continued after Western Xia fell in 1227; a stone inscription is dated 1502.

1

Why does 𗟋 show as a box on some devices?

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
