What 𗠐 means
It means “to accuse falsely” in Tangut.
Scholars reconstruct its Tangut reading as ɣar: start with a voiced friction sound at the back of the mouth, then an open “a” and an “r” sound.
Tangut was created for the Western Xia state around 1036. It appears in official, private, and Buddhist texts, continued under the Yuan and Ming dynasties, and was obsolete by the end of the Ming dynasty. Scholars rediscovered Tangut in the late 19th century and deciphered much of it in the early 20th.
Tangut characters resemble Chinese writing, but the script is separate and unrelated to Chinese characters. The language written here is Tangut, not Chinese.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗠐 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
