What 𗡧 means
It is glossed as “silkworm.”
Li Fanwen’s 2008 Tangut dictionary lists 𗡧 as entry 0703 and gives dzji̱² as its reconstructed reading, in scholarly phonetic notation.
The script was created in 1036 for Western Xia; its design drew on Chinese and neighboring Khitan scripts. The earliest known surviving Tangut text is dated 1072. Tangut writings served government and Buddhist translation and include legal and literary works.
Is 𗡧 an emoji? No; it is a historical Tangut text character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗡧 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
