What 𗢅 means
Tangut names a historical language and its own writing system.
Also called Xixia, Tangut script was created under Western Xia’s first emperor around 1036 to write Tangut, spoken in northwestern China from about the 11th through the 16th century. It survived Western Xia’s fall and remained in use under the Yuan and Ming rulers, becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming. Its characters resemble Chinese writing, but the script is distinct.

1Why does 𗢅 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
