What 𗢐 means

It means “concentrated.”

Tangut script was created in 1036 under Li Yuanhao, ruler of Western Xia (Xixia), and served government and Buddhist translation. Chinese classics, encyclopedias, military works and literature were also translated into Tangut. Buddhist texts continued after the state fell in 1227.

Reconstructed as *ndzə, it begins n dz and ends in a brief neutral vowel, like the final sound in “sofa”; the asterisk marks it as inferred.

A historical Tangut character; its meaning comes from Tangut texts.

1

Why does 𗢐 show as a box on some devices?

Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
