What 𗤿 means
It means “to wear” or “put on.”
The state of Western Xia commissioned Tangut writing around 1036 for government, literature, and Buddhist texts. Its square forms reflect Chinese influence, but Tangut is a separate script; 𗤿 is not a Chinese character. Tangut manuscripts and Buddhist materials survived the state’s fall in 1227.
A historical written character found in Tangut texts and dictionaries.
Its Chinese-like form can mislead: 𗤿 is Tangut, not a Chinese character.

1Why does 𗤿 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
