What 𗥃 means
It marks four in Tangut. In dated writing, 𗥃𗼑 names the fourth lunar month.
The Tangut state introduced its script in 1036 under ruler Li Yuanhao as part of a state-building effort. It drew on Chinese writing; the neighboring Khitan people had developed scripts earlier. Tangut Buddhist scriptures became a major use of the script.
Historical and specialist: it points to Tangut writing, not everyday modern numbering.
Use 4 in ordinary modern text unless the Tangut reference is intentional.

1Why does 𗥃 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
