What 𗦲 means
It means one hundred million in Tangut. The readings *rjir and *rir are scholarly reconstructions; the asterisk marks a reading reconstructed from written evidence.
The Tangut script was developed for Western Xia, whose government designated Tangut its official language in 1036. It served state writing and identity. Tangut texts include official and monumental records, Buddhist and classical works, manuscripts, and printed books into the Yuan period.

fsymbols draws rare signs with its own fonts, so they show here even where your device has none. An app or website without such a font shows an empty box (□) or a question mark instead. Turn our fonts off to see each sign as your device draws it by itself: a box here means a box in your chats and documents too.
