What 𗨖 means
Gauze or sheer silk, by dictionary cross-reference.
A Tangut–Chinese dictionary index links 𗨖 with 紗, the Chinese character for gauze or sheer silk. Tangut script was created about 1036 for the Tangut language of Western Xia, a medieval kingdom in northwestern China. Surviving source collections include material from the late twelfth century and the thirteenth century.
紗 is the Chinese translation in the index; 𗨖 itself is a Tangut character. After 1227, the script continued in official, private, and Buddhist texts into the Yuan and Ming periods.
Archival and specialist; outside a Tangut text, the Chinese translation is only a narrow clue.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗨖 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
