What 𗩄 means
It is a Tangut character; context supplies its reading.
Created under Western Xia around 1036 for the Tangut language, the script remained in use through later Yuan and Ming periods. Wénhǎi (“Sea of Writing”), a Tangut dictionary arranged by sound from about the 12th century, lists 𗩄 at 56.151.
Why does 𗩄 look different?
Fonts can vary its glyph or lack it.
Tangut manuscripts used vertical columns; digital text commonly runs left to right. Despite its square-looking forms, Tangut is a script distinct from Chinese. A blank box points to missing Tangut font support.
Historical Tangut writing; a useful reading needs context.
The Unicode label identifies the character; it does not translate it.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗩄 show as a box on some devices?
Not every system ships a font for the Tangut block. Where none is installed, the character shows as an empty box; adding a font such as Noto fixes it. The character itself is still correct and copies correctly.
