What 𗩕 means
It is a sound spelling, not a translated word.
A Tangut dictionary builds it phonetically: 𗤕 supplies an initial sound and the right side of 𗧓 supplies the rhyme (the vowel and ending). That historical sound analysis does not fit modern reconstructed readings exactly. A specialist note from 2020 proposes 𘎿𗩕 as a Sanskrit spelling but reports no example in a text.
Is 𗩕 a Chinese character?
No; it belongs to the distinct Tangut script.
Western Xia emperor Li Yuanhao ordered the Tangut script in 1036 for state-building; a Tangut Buddhist canon was probably one goal. It took inspiration from Chinese writing but did not descend from it, following neighboring Khitan rulers, who had made their own state scripts about a century earlier. Finds from Kozlov’s 1908–1909 and Stein’s 1914 visits to the abandoned city of Khara-Khoto include Buddhist, secular, and medical Tangut texts.

1Why does 𗩕 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
