What 𗫦 means
It means “to study” or “to learn.” A translated Tangut passage uses it as a verb in a sentence about studying literature.
The Tangut script was created for the Tangut language under the Western Xia kingdom around 1036 CE. It was used for official, private, and religious writing, and remained in use after the kingdom fell.
