What 𗫼 means
A Tangut dictionary lists it as the name of a kind of grass.
The Tangut script was developed around 1036 under Western Xia for government and official writing, Buddhist scripture, and Chinese and Tibetan translations. Its design followed Chinese writing principles and was influenced by the earlier Khitan script, but Tangut remained distinct. Texts in Tangut continued into the Yuan and Ming periods after Western Xia fell; the script later became obsolete.
Historical and scholarly; a lone appearance may need context.
