What 𗭣 means
The notation thwo¹ represents a reconstructed Tangut pronunciation.
Chinese writing shaped Tangut, but the Xixia script was separate.
In 1036, Western Xia ruler Zhao Yuanhao ordered official Yeli Renrong to create Tangut as the national script. It served government, diplomacy, and translations of Chinese classics and Buddhist works. After Western Xia fell in 1227, Tangut continued in Yuan and Ming books and inscriptions, becoming obsolete by the end of the Ming.
Historical and scholarly; it points to Tangut writing, not casual-chat intent.
Chinese-like forms do not make it a Chinese character.

Questions people ask
1Why does 𗭣 show as a box on some devices?
Because that device's fonts have no glyph for it. The character is still correct and still copies correctly — the box is a missing glyph, not a broken character.
